No Nomad

I’m not a digital nomad, nor do I want to be. I’d much rather be a hubber.

Nomads live by moving from place to place, without settling down. I want to settle down. But I want to do it where live is good and where I like it. And then I want to work for a company that offers me an exciting job with a good salary. Or maybe even start my own entrepreneurial project.

Sure, when you’re young you want to travel around and see places, and that’s great. But the real benefit of this new remote age we live in comes from untying the place where you work from the place you live. That has so many benefits. We can basically live where it’s cheap and work where we get paid. We can choose a place we really like, may that be a cold place in the north or a warm place in the south.

I leave that digital nomad stuff to others. I just really want to find a great hub.
